Sculpt & Serve is a 3 month program designed to help you build muscle, tone up, and feel light, strong, and confident in your body. You’ll follow the exact workouts I used to achieve my lean, photo ready physique, ombining smart strength training with a feminine, athletic approach. With consistency and progressive training, you’ll transform both your dancing body and your mindset.

12 Weeks Structured Training

  • 4 workouts / week to build lean muscle, stability, and endurance.
  • A balance of strength & conditioning to compliment your dancing, not compete with it.
  • Each week weight or reps will be added to achieve progressive overload
